You may not assign this Agreement without our consent. We may assign this Agreement without notice.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Triangle.

Miscellaneous

Invalid provisions do not affect the enforceability of others. Delay in enforcement is not a waiver of rights.
